Everyone is trying to survive the heat before the fireworks.
Sorry this picture of the orchestra is so blurry; I didn't have a tripod, and I couldn't hold the camera still.
So this is what I get when I tell my sister to pretend like she's watching a cool fireworks display. She looks like she's been lobotomized or something.
Ah, that's a better shot. She's a little out of focus, but that's ok.
